What we're currently focused on - and how you can help.
At NowOutcomes, our mission is to provide independent, research-based insights for ServiceNow clients and practitioners. Right now, our active research proposals are focused on IT Asset Management (ITAM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM).
These areas were chosen because they represent some of the biggest challenges for organisations today - managing asset sprawl, ensuring visibility across environments, and aligning operations with business goals.
If your experience is in other areas of ServiceNow such as IT Service Management (ITSM), Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), HR Service Delivery (HRSD), or Core Platform, we’d still love to hear from you. Even though we’re not actively running research projects in these domains yet, your input will help shape future proposals and ensure we focus on the topics that matter most.
